When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product or service. Lahja ja Sisustus Juuttisäkki reserves the right to accept or decline your order for a justified reason, such as a pricing error or availability issue. Your order is not accepted until we send an order confirmation to your email address.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@juuttisakki.fi — we will do our best to accommodate change requests before dispatch. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you by email and refund your payment without delay.
EU Right of Withdrawal: Consumers residing in the EU have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene products, made-to-order products, or sale items. Cancellation must be notified to us by email at info@juuttisakki.fi before the deadline expires.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices in our online store include VAT. Shipping costs are added to the order at checkout and are displayed before you confirm your purchase.
The price charged for an order is the price applicable at the time of ordering, as stated in the order confirmation. Prices for future orders may be changed without prior notice.
We may occasionally run promotions that are subject to separate terms. In the event of a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms of Service, the promotional terms shall take precedence.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment and contact details when placing an order. If your payment details change, please update them promptly.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our control. Force majeure events include, for example, strikes, power outages, fires, wars, natural disasters or delays caused by authorities.
The risk of damage to goods passes to you when you or a person authorised by you has received the goods. If goods are damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@juuttisakki.fi.
The maximum liability of Lahja ja Sisustus Juuttisäkki is limited to the price of the product. Shipping costs and delivery times are described in more detail in our Shipping Policy.

Lahja ja Sisustus Juuttisäkki uses Shopify's technology platform to operate its online store. In all purchases, the contracting party is solely Lahja ja Sisustus Juuttisäkki — not Shopify.

SECTION 16 – PRODUCT QUALITY AND LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
Our products must correspond to their description in the online store and be free from defects at the time of delivery. You have a statutory two (2) year right to claim for defects under consumer protection law.
Please note that the natural characteristics of handmade and natural material products — such as jute settling and developing a patina with use — are not defects but part of the nature of the product.
If a defect is found, please contact us as soon as possible at info@juuttisakki.fi. We handle all complaints in accordance with consumer protection law.
Product images on our website are presented as accurately as possible. Colours may differ from their actual appearance due to screen settings.
SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is governed by applicable Finnish law and EU legislation. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.
We are not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
We are not liable for damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as telecommunications outages, disruptions to third-party services or force majeure events.

If you breach these Terms of Service or applicable law and this causes damage to us, you are liable for the damage caused in accordance with applicable law.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this clause.
