Split payments
Sometimes when making larger purchases it is good to be able to spread the costs over several months. With Klarna you can place an order now and split the payments. In the Klarna app you can manage your payments and due dates.
Pay Now

Pay later.
Receive your order before you pay. This means that you receive the products you ordered at home first and only then decide whether you want to keep them or not. You only pay for the products you decide to keep. Klarna offers a 10-day free payment period with the 'pay later' payment method. If something goes wrong, Klarna's buyer protection guarantees that you will get your money back.

Delivery and shipping costs
Matkahuolto's transportation services are available in the Juuttisäkki online store.
The shipping costs included in the order are displayed on the store's checkout page in connection with the shipping method and in the order summary. All domestic orders over 80 euros are delivered without shipping costs. Otherwise, the shipping costs are 4.90 € regardless of the size of the package.
Lahja ja Sisustus Juuttisäkki is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by travel services or force majeure. Such force majeure (force majeure) include, for example, strikes, power outages, disruptions in the transport of goods, equipment, software, fires, wars, natural disasters or delays caused by authorities. Lahja ja Sisustus Juuttisäkki is liable for a maximum of the price of the product.
Delivery time
As a rule, the order will be shipped from us within 1-3 days, but this may vary depending on the product or delivery method. You also need to calculate the shipping time, which is normally 1-2 days.
Any possible deviations in delivery times will be announced separately on the online store/product pages.
Right of return
Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of return from the date of order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The right of return does not apply to packages sealed with tape, such as face masks, sanitary napkins and other hygiene products. The right of return also does not apply to products made to order or sale products.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return postage.

Unclaimed package
Please note that an unclaimed package is not a return. Unclaimed packages incur costs that are incredibly expensive for a small business owner. A package returned unclaimed will be charged the actual postage costs in both directions.

Force majeure
Lahja ja Sisustus Juuttisäkki / Rigit Tmi is exempted from the obligations contained in these terms and conditions in the event of force majeure. Such an event may be considered, among other things, fire, hurricane, flood, sabotage, interruption of financial and public transport, accident causing major damage, national or global epidemic, measures of the authorities, enacted or amended law or labor conflict.
Disputes
Any disputes will be handled in the Satakunta District Court.
