Our return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received, not worn or worn, with all product tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not accept products sent back to us without a return request.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable products
Some products cannot be returned. These include customized products (such as special orders or personalized products), and hygiene products (such as sanitary napkins). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.

Unfortunately, promotional products or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you received and purchase a new product once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
Unless otherwise stated in the above terms, you may cancel or return orders shipped to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. Such a return requires that the product is in the same condition as when received, has not been used or worn, has not had any tags removed, and is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Payment refunds
We will notify you when your refund has been received and reviewed. We will also let you know whether we will approve the refund. If your refund is approved, your money will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and deposit it into your account.

UNCOLLECTED ORDERS

Failure to collect or refuse to receive the product does not cancel the order or constitute an exercise of the right to return. The actual costs of the uncollected package will be charged to the customer.
