Cotton-filled Christmas tree ornament
Behind the 18th door of the Christmas calendar you will find instructions on how to make a small soft Christmas tree. The instructions also include patterns for a heart and a star.
Supplies:
- fabric of your choice
- cotton wool
- ribbon for hanging
- needle and thread
- (lace)
Print the pattern .pdf in the shape you want. A tree, a heart or a star.

Cut the image out of the paper and place the pattern on the fabric. Cut two pieces of fabric.
Place the cut fabric trees right sides together. Cut a piece of your chosen hanging string about 12 cm long, fold the piece in half and place the string between the two pieces of fabric.
Sew the pieces together at the edges, but leave about a 3 cm opening on the right side.
Turn the sewing right side out and fill with wadding. Knit the opening closed by hand. And you're done!
